Purchasers can own their share of the property for life, pass it on by Will, or use the option to sell their shares to whom they like and benefit from any increase in value since you bought it. You do not have to ask anyone's permission.

Why form a company to hold the title of the property? This is a very efficient vehicle for a fractional purchase. Purchasers own the shares in the Company which will have the rights and responsibilities drafted into the Company Formation Details.
