This offer of fractional ownership represents a real investment, as the total cost of the thirteen shares
is lower than the current purchase price of total ownership offered by the developer. There is no additional percentage added

since you bought it. You do not have to ask anyone's permission.
Why form a company to hold the title of
the property? This is a very efficient vehicle for a fractional purchase.
Purchasers own the shares in the Company which will have the rights and responsibilities drafted into the Company Formation
